Arizona State Parks and Trails


Arizona State Parks and Trails was established in 1957 with a mission to manage and conserve Arizona’s natural, cultural and recreational resources. The agency includes the State Trails Program, grants program, statewide outdoor recreation planning, the State Historic Preservation Office, and the Off-Highway Vehicle Program. There are 33 parks across the state.
